1.3 Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the club organizers, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any other conduct contrary to the spirit of inclusivity and respect, may result in rejection of membership applications or removal from events.

2.1 Trine reserves the right to reject membership applications or remove members from events if they engage in behaviour that violates the code of conduct or is deemed inappropriate by the club organisers.
2.2 The decision to reject membership applications or remove members will be made at the discretion of the club organisers, and their decision shall be final.

3.1 Trine prioritises the safety and well-being of all members and participants in its activities.
3.2 By participating in any Trine events, you acknowledge your responsibility to contribute to a positive atmosphere and to respect the rights and well-being of fellow members.
3.3 Attendees are expected to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
3.4 Trine and its organisers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees during events, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct by the organisers.
3.5 Attendees participate in Trine activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

4.1 By participating in Trine events, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trine, its organisers, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, including but not limited to any violation of the code of conduct or failure to comply with safety guidelines.

By signing up for Trine events and obtaining tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding the liability of the event organizers. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in rejection of membership applications, removal from events, or other appropriate action by Trine organisers.
Ticket Policy:

Ticket Purchase: Tickets for Catch Up Club events are non-refundable.

Transferability: However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend an event you have purchased a ticket for, you may transfer your ticket to a future Catch Up Club event, provided that you give us at least 7 days' notice prior to the event date. To transfer your ticket, please contact the Trine hosts via email or other designated communication channels.

Credit Issuance: Upon receiving your transfer request with the required notice, our Trine hosts will issue you a credit equivalent to the value of your ticket. This credit will be applied to your linked membership with us.

Future Event Registration: Once your credit has been applied to your membership, you can use it towards the purchase of a ticket for a future Catch Up Club event. Please note that credits are non-transferable to other individuals and can only be used by the original ticket holder.

Late Cancellation: Tickets that are not transferred with the required 7 days' notice or are not used for a future event will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

Event Changes: In the rare event that we need to make changes to an event (e.g., date, location, or cancellation), we will notify ticket holders via email or other appropriate channels. In such cases, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

By purchasing a ticket to our Catch Up Club events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this ticketing policy.
