Q: How do I sign up?
A: Follow these steps!
1. Sign up via our website and follow the prompts (this includes providing your Instagram handle)
2. We will verify your request and do our best to ensure no imposters or fake accounts slip through the cracks
3. Once your membership is approved, you will have access to future

Club information on our website
4. Secure yourself ticket and show up to our next Catch Up Club!

Q: How do I know if I have gotten approved and how do you verify sign ups?
A: Unfortunately we do not have technology to do automate the sign up process and we do not run background-checks on each member. We kindly ask you provide us with your Instagram handle as our way of identifying you. Members have access to dates, times and specific locations of our Catch Up's therefore we want to minimise the amount of information that may result in unsafe experiences.
Approved members will receive an email with prompts to sign into our website, however if you are having any issues you can click 'Reset password' which usually helps. If you encounter an error when trying to log in, you may still be pending and we kindly ask for your patience. If you believe we have made an error in declining your account, feel free to reach out via Instagram direct message and we will review your sign up.

Q: I've signed up and received an email saying my membership was approved? What does this mean and what now?
A: Once your membership has been approved, you will have access to member's-only pages on our website - future Catch Up Club schedule and ability to secure yourself a ticket.
Q: Why do I need to get a ticket?
A: As our community has grown, we are unable to host all of our members at once, therefore we will be hosting Catch Up Clubs with limited spots. We will send emails and post on Instagram when tickets will be going live on our website.

Q: Do I have to be from Melbourne to join the Catch Up Club?
A: Unfortunately at this point in time we do not have the resources to host events interstate, therefore unless you live in Melbourne you won't be able to attend. However, we are looking into creating a virtual space to connect our members!

Q: What can I expect from the Catch Up Club?
A: Our intention is simple — to create a safe space to come together, share stories, and build connections. Whether you're a social butterfly or a bit on the shy side, there's a warm welcome waiting for you. Bring along your radiant energy, your curiosity, and your desire to connect with like-minded young women.
